Kumon Free Trial 2023

Terms and Conditions

The Event：

  1. Kumon Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (applicable to H.K. region) / Kumon Macao Co. Ltd. (applicable to Macao region) is the organizer of the event “Kumon Free Trial 2023” (“event”).
  2. Target Student: New students to Kumon or current Kumon students who would like to experience another new subject.
  3. Event Period: 21 November 2023 – 6 December 2023.
  4. During the Event Period, students may only apply and participate in one Kumon subject (Mathematics, English EFL, English ERP or Chinese).
  5. A limited quota for Free Trial (paper-based or tablet-based) will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Kumon Centre-In-Charge (“instructor”) reserves the right of final decision.

 

The Registration Procedure：

  1. After completing and submitting your registration via “Kumon e-Enrollment System”, parents will receive contact from the instructor within three to five working days for further arrangements, such as Parents’ Orientation and student’s Diagnostic Test. Failure to attend at the designated time will be considered as a waiver.
  2. Parents will be arranged to join the Parents’ Orientation in our Kumon education centre. Parents are also suggested to watch the video via this link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xq1ovopG40s) in order to understand the features and the study flow of the Kumon Method.
  3. Instructor will make appointment with parents to arrange the student to take the Diagnostic Test. Instructor will explain the test results and assign the most appropriate starting point and study progress for the student. After reaching a consensus with parents, instructor will further arrange trial class for the students.
  4. You are considered as a successful registration for the event only after the final confirmation from the instructor. Participants who successfully join the event will be deemed to be agreed and an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agreed to follow the arrangement from the instructor.

 

The Class Arrangement：

  1. During the event period, students are required to attend the trial class punctually, instructor will provide respective homework to students. There will be no make-up trial class if the student is absent due to personal reason(s).
  2. Parents can arrange their child to enroll the Kumon Programme with the centre after the trial class. However, if students and parents wish to enroll the Kumon Programme with another Kumon centre, they are required to join the Parents’ Orientation and the Diagnostic Test in the specified centre which they wish to enroll, and allow the instructor of the specified centre to have a better understanding about the learning abilities of the student and the expectation of the parents.
  3. In case of any dispute, the organizer and Kumon instructors reserve the right of final decision. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
